Pre-event support: Zero Waste Plan and, as needed, recycling & composting arrangements, pick up rental truck/trailer, meetings, emails, phone calls, setup pre-event day.

Event day support: Waste station setup and takedown, managing Zero Waste team, waste stream sorting and data collection.

Post-event support: Sustainability Report and, as needed, additional sorting and data collection, cleaning recyclables, return rented truck/trailer, takedown post-event day.


Intended for events of 10,000+ participants where HPR is supplying support staff rather than managing the ZW effort.
