We do our best to be affordable to any size event, and as transparent as possible with expected costs! We’ll create a proposal tailored to your event, with all services and associated costs. If you are interested in services for multiple events, please contact us to discuss potential discounts.

Fees

[1]  The materials charge helps offset the cost of recycling non-standard items through TerraCycle Zero Waste Boxes.

[2]  Includes travel time and up to $15 per day in tip fees. Any additional tip fees will be included in the invoice, at cost. Typical compost tip fees are $20/yard at Tuthill Farms, and recycling $3 for small loads or $30/trailer at Recycle Ann Arbor.
Basic events include disposal of up to 100 lbs. of compostables and 100 lbs. of recyclables, at no additional charge.

[3]  Includes additional time charges beyond the amounts included in the package. Additional labor hours are billed in 15-minute increments. Additional travel time is billed in 30-minute increments.

[1]  Pre-Event Support: Zero Waste Plan and, as needed, recycling & composting arrangements, pick up rental truck/trailer, meetings, emails, phone calls, setup pre-event day.
Post-Event Support: Sustainability Report and, as needed, additional sorting and data collection, cleaning recyclables, return rented truck/trailer, takedown post-event day.

[2]  Includes waste station setup and takedown, managing Zero Waste team, waste stream sorting, and data collection.

[3]  HPR staff consists of Event Captain and additional staffers up to total indicated.

[4]  Volunteers to be provided by event organizer. For fewer volunteers than indicated, HPR reserves the right to charge for additional staff to provide sufficient event support.

Event Support

For events where HPR is supplying support staff rather than managing the Zero Waste effort. Pre-event planning and post-event processing are billed as an extra day, or by the hour.
